Product overview

GF fluorine plastic pipeline pump, according to international standards and combined with non-metallic pump process design and manufacturing. The pump casing is made of metal shell lined with fluoroplastic (F46/PFA), the pump cover and impeller are all made of fluoroplastic wrapped with metal inserts through high-temperature molding, and the shaft seal is made of external PTFE bellows mechanical seal, which is suitable for long-term transportation of acid, alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent and other strong corrosive medium with any concentration under the condition of -20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃. The pump head and the motor are directly connected, the structure is compact, both the strength of the metal pipeline pump and the corrosion resistance of the non-metal pump, and the use is very convenient. Products are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, metallurgical rare earth, pickling, flue gas desulfurization, dust removal, synthetic fiber and other industries.
